The Theory of Evolution has many problems, the major one being that there simply hasn't been enough time for all of the genetic mutations that would have to occur to go from the goo through the zoo to you, to happen. So, to stay alive another theory has to be coupled onto evolution to keep it alive. The new theory is Intelligent Design, a system where other beings have helped evolution along and introduced it around the universe. There is a problem however, there has to be an original universal species to work on panspermia, but who created them? Let's look together at this feeble attempt to resurrect a failing theory.
